    Detail of a map of early settlers at Young's Cove on Leighton's Neck in Township No. 2, now Dennysville and Pembroke, Maine, including the names of Richard Smith, Daniel Gardner, Joseph Dudley, James, Mahar, Richard Harper and Edmund Mahar, and others. A schoolhouse was located at the junction of the Clarkside and Young's Cove Road during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
