Artist's rendering of the ancestral Passamaquoddy village site at the head of the Dennys River on Meddybemps Lake, known as N'tolonapemk. In the attached web link, Donald Soctomah, the Passamaquoddy Tribal Historic Preservation Officer, explains the re-discovery and archeology of this ancient tribal village in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
