Fly Fishing on the Dennys River
Photograph
Fly fishing on the Dennys River, reproduced from "Salmon on the Dennys, 1786-1988", by Ed Bartlett and Ray Robinson
This long set of rips is named after Charlie Sylvia, a long-time Salmon Club president and officer. He lived on the Edmunds side of the river and would walk down through the woods to fish these rips. Ray Robinson notes: "This pool is the most heavily fished on the River and many fish are caught here."
