A preform stone tool, of what appears to be red jasper, showing marks of chipping and flaking, labelled Dennysville, Me., from the Benjamin Lincoln Collection at the Peabody Museum of Archeology and Ethnology at Harvard University.
This tool is part of a collection of native American lithic and faunal artifacts assembled by members of the Lincoln family from Dennysville Maine during the nineteenth century, and subsequently donated to the Peabody Museum at Harvard University.
