The home of Everett and Flora Grant. Flora taught business and related classes at the Dennysville High School, while Everett worked for the Maine Forest Service. They also owned blueberry land in Marion, and Everett kept a truck and equipment in the red garage across the road.
A schoolteacher and a forest warden occupied this house barn and garage during the middle years of twentieth century.
