G. Stillman Seeley's Store near the Falls Bridge, Rte. 86 Edmunds, Maine. His daughter, Zenith (Zene) Leighton took over the business for a number of years assisted by Carolyn Carter. Later Carolyn (Marshall) Carter moved the business to the former Mariner Wilder home across the river in Dennysville. The store building was moved behind the Wilder house and Chester Carter converted it to a horse barn.
This neighborhood store was located on Route 86 near Falls Bridge, on the Edmunds side of the Dennys River. Stillman Seeley, in addition to the usual line of groceries and commodities also dispensed a "ginger pop" of his own making during the summer months.
