This housing complex for elderly and disabled Washington County residents was built by the Town of Dennysville Development Corporation between 1983 and 1985 with funding from the federal offices of Housing and Urban Development, at a cost of $900,000. As Rebecca Hobart notes, "the housing complex 'Dennysville Heights' provides comfortable and convenient living quarters for many area residents."
